Smart move by Farmaajo, Galkacyo will be united

In the past, we had Hawiye Presy and H/Affairs minister and it was easy for Puntland to sell the Hawiye Vs Darood thing about Galkacyo. Now we have Darood Presy and Majeerteen H/Affairs Minister. So there will be no reason for Galkacyo not to have one Admin.
