I watched this man in another video, I searched for it now but couldn't find it on youtube. I laughed so much.

He said, the last time he prayed solat subax in a masjid prior to coming to Hargeisa, was in 1991 in Mogadishu.

He was implying that he prays subax at his own home... when he came to Hargeisa, he just walked down to the closes masjad without worries about his security.
