he used to be against the one mixed SNA, the structure of the old SNA wich goes against the federal system. for example hiiraan, Galgaduud and mudug SNA HQ was located dhuusamareb. now each state will have 3000, 400 special forces and police including banadir. you see why xamar will stay a clan town? thats why i dont bother about anything as long the structure stays the same and i welcome any correction
