Somali is one from zaylaac to raas kambooni. I am a staunch supporter of federalism because it ensured development whilst also keeping the country under one flag( created by my uncle btw- he is majerteen if you are confused). Somali will have 4 federal states, Somaliland(qaqooyi Galbeed and 1/2 toghdeer), Puntland(7 regions, bari,nugaal,mudug,sool,sanaag,1/2 togdheer,awdal) and Jubbaland(4 regions, 3 jubbas and Gedo) and southern somalia( hutu area including xamar etc). This is the only way to ensure every state gets adequate development. the capital will be Bosaaso( as its the most developed and least poverty-stricken city).
