Re: Galkacyo
The UN special envoy to the region has, at last, managed to broker a deal in the decades long Puntland- Galmudug conflict. Final agreement, is scheduled to be signed in Geneva next week.

Re: Galkacyo
Lets be honest thats never going to happen, Puntland has a strangle hold on northern mudug which is a big piece of land. In fact the part of mudug that Puntland controls is actually more land than the region of nugaal. Unfortunately for Galmudug, the strongest MJs the reer mahads and the cabdi ciise + the leelkaase warriors inhabit mudug which have formed an alliance under the pl administration to maintain control of mudug, which has proven to be sucessful over the years. Thats why today galmudug only controls 20% of galkacyo while puntland controls 80% which is the regional capital of mudug.BigBreak wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2017 7:43 am all of mudug needs to be controlled by galmudug. two or more regions rule has to be applied
