Puntland authorities prohibits construction of buildings in the valley of Bixin and Waw

Post by weydamal »

Bixin is a valley a few kilometres East of Garoowe, but administratively under Boocame district,Sool Region. There was a dispute last year when some people attempted to put up some buildings, which were demolished. The same thing happened recently and after o jettisons by traditional leaders from Boocame, this action was taken by the government of Puntland.

It doesn’t matter their clan why PL is acting like that ? Enough that they didn’t approve construction of lasqurey port although the warsangali had gathered the money and even brought the equipment but only need authority of any official state (PL) to the foreign construction company.

Bixin iyo Waw is a grazing valley a few kilometres East of Garoowe and is inhabited by the Dhulbahante people. The government of Puntland last year tried to put some buildings up there and this was violently resisted by the local Dhulbahante, and the structures were demolished. This time a few individuals from Garoowe tried to put some structures and after protest by the local Dhulbahante elders, the Puntland authorities demolished these structures.

The point is that any structure or building set up in Bixin must be sanctioned by the Dhulbahante elders of the area. Bixin town will only be built by them when they decide to.

Nobody is pushing the Dhulbahante of Boocame, Bixin and Waw into the arms of SNM, they are the most anti SNM of Dhulbahante, except for the blessed people of Buuhoodle of course. They are also firm supporters of Puntland.

Don't you know that half of the population of Garoowe is Dhulbahante.

These minor differences between the Harti brothers means nothing, their fraternal bonds are much stronger.

The people are not warsangelo either, how can PL be "pushing them further in the arms of SL" when the people live in nugaal and are MJs.

Caqli dhulbahante, no wonder you are colonised.
