Just came back from burco tonight nice place masha allah

How long is the trip from burco to ceerigaabo the one bus driver told me bari galbeed bus leaving 8am reaches 2pm in ceeragaabo is that true or is the longer trip.

Who knows the kms distance from burco to ceerigaabo and the time the trip will take approximately.

And is the road mostly complete.

That sounds about right. Back in 2013 before the road I went from Hargeisa to ceerigaabo we stopped for like 30 minutes in Burco and the whole trip took us around 11 or 12 hours if my memory is correct. So burco should be 5 or 6 hours from Ceerigaabo by bus you will probably get there faster by car. The road isn't 100% complete yet but already it is shortening the travel time. I don't know by how much exactly.

Insha Allah everything goes according to plan for you . I plan on going back this summer InshAllah I plan to do way more traveling across Somaliland than I ever did, we have rich history and some stunning scenery

yea it was nice to get away from hargeisa hustling madness for once and burco more warmer than chilly hargeisa nice people and good food it was definitely breathe of fresh air.

I didnt get to go to far mostly from downtown court to airport area the new place like kaafi resort is nice also alot old school military grounds saw the tanks and old school forts new prison and alot new construction downtown area but the city has the best planning in somaliland of potential i planned to go there in the near future and stay longer.

Burco is neglected, comparing to Hargeisa and Berbera, No airport, No General Hospitals, people are building private Hospitals, and everything is privately owned, regarding of construction, who will build the city when 70% of reer Burco moved to Hargeisa, only 30% Burcaawis builds this city, the rest is enjoying in Hargeisa.

Your right the influx of people to hargeisa is too much not only burco neglected but majority people somaliland have flood hargeisa majority country money circulates there people chasing that money.

One trip I visited my Eedo in Berbera , and then carried on to my dad's house in Hargeisa, stayed there a few weeks then on towards Burco passed thru Burco to see what the city looked like and visit family . Then i carried on to Ceel Afweyne where I visited my uncle and few other relatives and then I continued onto Ceerigaabo where both my parents were born. I have close family in each city alx next time I got back to SL I want to visit Las Anod Insha Allah because that's where my ayeeyo's family hails from.
