Many wonder what sort of fear and terror was Farmaajo shown to put the legitimacy of his government & political career at risk. If this man as you say was around for a long time, and this was a conspiracy, he had 7 to 10 days to calculate the pros and cons of his next step. His government could have simply refused. If it was a mistake and they botched it, he could have come out to say so and fire whoever screwed up. But alas he chose to break local and international law, turned his most ardent supporters against him and now may have ended his short lived presidency as well.

I agree with you that he mismanaged this problem but what I hate more is falling for the Ethiopian trap so easy.
