I just want to say that i think we have moved away from 1990's qabil wars. today an isaq can live in Gedo or Kismaayo and marehan can live in Mogadishu and Hargeysa without any issues.
i hope in the future that an isaq can become mayor on Kismayo and a Hawiye can become mayor of hargeysa. that would signal that Somalia has entered the 21st century and true peace was achieved.
on a serious note

Re: on a serious note
I've got some darood family members and I take them to Hargeisa somaliland never any issue. I met a hawiye ting from mogadishu living in Hargeisa.
Besides Hargeisa has already had 2 hawiye mayors we're not like these faqash bastards. We even had samaroon president for 8 years and our current speaker of parliament is dhulbahante.
Meanwhile Villa Zoomalia kicking the ball of leadership back and forth between hawiye and Marehan. Thats cool though because there's nothing to lead in mogadishu as long as Al shabab and amisom are around.

Nomand What cuqdad I just posted a statement you can agree or disagree. Why would one fear a tribe which was defeated nearly 30 years ago

Re: on a serious note
Khalid Ali we were all defeated. Today the kids dying in libya and yemen are mostly young isaq kids running away because there are no opportunities in somaliland. Just the other day thr somali government freed a plane full of isaq kids from libyan prisons.
So the defeat is on all of us and the shame and humiliation is on all of us.
So the defeat is on all of us and the shame and humiliation is on all of us.
