As for taxes, well thr government opperates in mogadishu and mogadishu is the capital of somalia and is not a clan city. The somalia goverment has also created investment and opportunities in mogadishu which is not availble anywhere else.

Government money went into the airport and seaport. Foreign investments go into the capital city.

The capital city has all those blessings if you dont want to have those blessings then i suggest we move the capital to somewhere else.
