They cried the usual 'tolayey' (my fellow kinship) when they need help but not when others need their help.
We all know the war was launched by Abdi Omar Mohamud (iley) and his Liyu Police Janjaweed militia to appease their Tigrai masters. Today, however, their masters are no where to be found and they never thanked Abdi for his efforts. They just evaporated all of sudden due to Oromo economic crippling and Abiye's master chess moves (Eritrea, international players, military and intelligence, Amhara-kinship, Muslim-Christian ties).
So now Abdi iley, his Janjaweed and those who became victims of his Tigrai-interest driven war are crying for Somalis to come to their rescue
The war was never about Somali interest. Abdi iley was killing Somalis long before invading Oromo in order to keep them occupy while Tigrais expanded on Oromo lands (Addis Ababa masterplan, farmlands, and so forth).
So today we the Somali people would like to tell Oromo, this war is not to the benefit of neither community. However, if you going after Abdi iley, his Liyu police, his Tigrai masters who are now silent little puss'ycats, we welcome.
It's our common war.
Abiye not only needs to utilise the federal but needs to remove the cancer from the region. I am confident everything will go back to normal once all former Tigrai slaves face justice.
I believe that day will come and Abiye is currently busy frying the bigger fishes before he turns his attention to their former slaves.
May the war on the Janjaweed continue...
