Grandaterror with Out ogaden you would be nothing afweyne entire policy was built on ogaden military militia he built through out the 1980s. With out ogaden he would not surive that long he gave ogaden top position in the gov't.his eye and ears in Ethiopia were all ogadens who were spying for him against mengistu and the dergi regime.
