It will never be the same in 10 years Time. Berbera is small and almost it's entire land is owned by the government, which means we can develop based on our national development plan. Other cities land is occupied by civilians we can hardly design their master plan. Hargeisa is the worst. Berbera is the future biggest city in somaliland.
