Farhan misunderstood a little. He probably seen different renders for different homes.

All homes match their design exactly.

They cost anything from $40k to $200k

I inquired about it and they said you could actually put down initial down payment of 30% and pay the rest over four years.

They were already sold out.

Those Habiib Villas look nice. Those wouldn't work for me though. I don't like having neighbors that close.

outside the big town is better, its not a place to raise a family
