Not really.....we have the.real McCoy when it comes to fishing resources.

We just need to kick all foreign vessels out of our waters.

I would not be surprised if Somalia's fishing stock is already damn near depleted due to illegal fishing for the last 30 years.
Last year the Somali government granted 31 fishing licenses to China. The China Overseas Fisheries Association, which represents 150 companies, was allowed to fish for tuna in Somali waters.
This was a horrible deal too and with the way it was designed it automatically renews every year. Not sure who authorized it but it is stupid and it should be rescinded. Very one sided.
