Silanyo delegated half of the tasks to others and sought advice on pressing issues. People were engaged. He kept them in the loop. If there was a problem, far more people than Silanyo were part of it and was not solely responsible because he asked for troubleshooting.
Somali Government recovers slowly. We have the Galla conflict, we have disputes with Kenya and so forth. Not every reer Waqooyi wants to remain inside the three towns.
At times like this Ictiraafland has little to no appeal for many of us and if needed we will exploit on the issues we know that exist.
Reer Waqooyi specifically Isaaq usually cry that Wanlawein are corrupted and will not share anything. But reality is they are much worse than the Wanlawein who feeds the Eelay, the Bajuuni, Madhiban forget the big four (4.5).
