How al Shabaab practically replaced Hassan sheekh

Post by sahal80 »

You know I was against the reelection of the corrupt Hassan Sheekh but I have learned one thing whatever they are corrupt you cannot replace a native guy who spent all his live in Xamar with some clueless mooge random diaspora man. Now dont call me qabiilist for pointing out the reality. I was the other day calling kismaayo a darod city bc I dont think a HAG leader can fix it some goes for baladweyne it won't work without hawadle same goes for dhuusamareeb and ceyr .....Somalia is not ready for fake/naive wadaninmo yet. When we give them advise on the reality they would say "murursadaa diidantihiin" kkkk nin nag utaliso iyo rati rati wado medina kaana beeraan"

A lot of the extortion of businesses is carried out by former moryaan using the name of AS.

This is basically isbaaro by another name.
AS is funded and facilitated by the same war profiteers that financed the warlords.

These shadowy financiers have no interest in seeing govt law and order...all this talk of local/diaspora and hawiya/darood is just a smokescreen.

It's hard defeating shabab in this state since they infiltrated the current government so bad. Abdalla Abdalla warned about this a year ago and even provided a list with shabab in the gov. He got fired from NISA and had to flee the country.

I didn’t know Alshabab was a public company that had to disclose its earning report, is this a quarterly or yearly report? . . .

No it's not a smoke screen the ones who paid for al Shabaab are ganacsatada for lack of protection. Under Hassan sheekh govt controlled from buurhakabo and baraawe to jowhar. Al Shabaab has conquered alot lower shabelle villages. Some may haven recaptured but they keep regaining it again example bariire they captured twice since this govt was there. They dont even depend on SNA its mainly US airstrikes, their Somali special forces and Amisom. Al Shabaab attacks amisom every time in their bases due to lack of SNA around them. If they go out they get ambushed. Al Shabaab still controls awdheegle and janaale up to qoryooleey. They control the border between lower and middle shabelle and banaadir like this made some banaadir police stations to flee at night what do you think of the people. They killed 5 women who clean the roads in xaawo cabdi around celaya biyaha. What do you think of coming from your house to work for the govt and got killed at your work? This reason made every body to scare and pay tax for them. I think you understand why? Tribal factor though you believe it in SL who atleast deals with the people of the cities like laascaanood.

#Somalia won’t be fixed while some of us pay extortion $ to Al Shaaab, thinking they are protecting their life;

While many of us know them but turn a blind eye thinking their next bomb won’t kill us;

While politicians lie to citizens & create FALSE social media based reality;

Sahal.....the method may have changed....but the cast of characters are the same.

Moryaan, warlords, financiers and war profiteers haven't changed since 1990s.They may where different cloths and employ different tactics but its the same game.

You can try and dress it up and spin it whichever way you want......its the same parasites that are blood sucking
the people.

That map is subtle. Anything outside of the security ring is Shabaab territory. At sunset, government practically ends at Jidka Sodonka.

Shabaab is so embedded in the government it is mind boggling to comprehend. They have reps in all sectors of local government with the full knowledge of civil servants who's backbones erode with a single call from the district Wilaaya.

Lower shabelle has more than 2 million living there. Al Shabaab should not be allowed to control the third most densely populated region in Somalia. There should be a force composed of garre,jiddu, tunni etc who lead the liberation in this region as they form the bulk of the population. I know the special forces are probably mixed but Is it now wiser letting the local people govern there region. Rather than foreign hawiye and daarood who are a minority in this region so the gains made are sustained
