true but this govt believes that for 'lack of khilaaf' ibetween the prez, pm and speaker and ousting regional leaders like madoobe wich will isolate PL and reaching a deal with most of mucaaradka specially mps who love to stay in their positions...if they make it unanimously (govt, oppossion, all regions excluding pl) no one can stop them but i dont agree that they will ever have the opposition backing and changing regional leaders will not change the new ones example waare who has off and on relationship with the govt and Galmudug and HG are unpredictable even JL no one better than madoobe. xidig is crazy and loves the appearances and meeting the world leaders. madobe has sheikh mentality he doesnt like to show off. i dont believe kheyre and farmaajo will survive together till the end besises amusom will pressure for a change if the security gets worse. im just telling you how they think. farmaajo said after this bill was introduced he will not extend but he is just politician.
