Hargiesa Mayor has caused controversy by claiming that streets cats in Hargiesa have a better live and are better overall then the people in Mogadishu.
So is he wrong or no?

From the positive point of view I think he is right , Mogadishu just Lost it's mayor and no body could save him , while soltelco is saving cats in hargeisa. For the peaple of Mogadishu this is encouraging .

The guy said the cats in hargeisa have more nasib than people in xamar which is true as people in xamar are run over by amisom tanks and blown up by shabaab with impunity. However what business does the mayor of hargeisa have talking about xamar. It doesn’t even make sense what was his point.
