Daleys, don't buy any of these numbers. Somalinet members make up all this shit with regards to demographics. Daljecel is probably lying about going back to Kismaayo in 2016. A lot of the orginal MJ population in Kismaayo left either for Puntland or Dibadaha. Some of them sold their houses and gave up on the city but some never did and are coming back. Also Somalis were never segregated by clan in the city. People bought houses and settled wherever they could afford. Don't buy that shit people are trying to sell. Also outside the Baajuni original settlers, Kismaayo also had a decent sized non-Somali population back in the day. When I lived in Kismaayo back in the day our next door neighbors were a Japanese fishing family.
