House prices in uk and london.
Are they expensive or are they not. Costing £200000 £350000 £600000
and up wards i can never afford a house here. I could build my own neverland ranch with that money back home in arabsiyo and hargeisa.
Lucky the council pays the rent and stuff/. Lucky we dont have to pay mortgages, hows the prices in usa, buying it could be a good investment for the future.

This must be a BUM/LAZY mans moto/quote... waryaa go and work and pay the rent.
The housing boom is now slowly declining so wait a while and then buy a house.... there will be a housing boom coming in a few years because of the 2012... that is why I'm buying my house next year...

You can't be in Massachussets because houses here are expensive. In parts of Cambridge, regular 5 bedroom houses cost as much as 3 million dollars. You can get a fukkin mansion anywhere else with that kind of money. When one of my professors told me this, I couldn't believe it, I thought this nigga was messing with my head.
Qansa anyway in london a 5 bedroom house will cost you 500,000 and above.
plus about 90% of somalis don't own a house in the UK. The state gives them a house to live in and pays for it. Obviously you can't buy a house on welfare whos going to give you mortgage on that!
An average house in london is around 140,000, its all about location!

Property is one of the best investments to make in London, specially if you do what maria said. Buy a messed up house at cheap price and then carry out a refurbishment.
Qansa
There are somalis that own houses specailly the early somalis that came to UK when the houses were so cheap. And No everyone is not on welfare, alot of somalis do work but the reason why people then to say all somalis are on welfare is because some somalis simultaneously get a welfare at the same time as having a Job, Specially those who own shops and other business, They don't tell the government their sourse of income. Other they have two identifies registered they get 1 walfare and do work lool. But most somalis do work though.

Maria and Say What... it takes alot of time and alot of money to refurbish a house... i mean say you brought a house for 200,000 if you want to refurbish and make some profit you would need to at least need to spend 80,000 or more on the refurbishement, are you willing to take the risk is the question.
Best option is to buy a house refurbish a little and rent it out!

You can buy cheaper then that on house auction, But your right it takes alot of time and needs starting capital.
If you are looking for a high profit turnover in the short-term that would be the best investment, But highest profit is a long term proccess, if you rent it out and sell it many years later.
