As for D&M, they lost the most people in the 1990's famine and the 2011 famine combined it would probably be more then 500,000 people. They also heavily join al.shabaab and have lost a lot of men.

Then the war between former al.shabaab roobow vs al shabaab cost them a lot of lives. In xamar most IDP are D&M and we all know IDP don't have political power.

Farmaajo (bc of fahad yasin money)had secured 30 mps and just 3 to 2 days before the election he struck a deal with pro HG and murursade group who were looking for a second position. this group had 40 mps (most of them were formerly pro sh sharif)this is hoe Farmaajo get 72 votes in the first round wich put hom the second to hassan sh. this group is the political wing of the al tajamuc group known ala sheekh bc of their founder sh mohamed macalin. this guy was hawadle but most of his followers were murursade bc he used to breach in two mosques one was in xamarwayne and the other the muryrsade side of wardhiigleey so sh dhuxulow and sh yusuf ceynte inheretied him after he passed away. they turned al sheekh like the sheekhal owned al islaax where only murursade gets scholarships and leaderships. so this sh yusuf the father of abdi caynte who leads the groups now has established a political party he made the chairman one murursade and xooghayaha one HG sacad to influence in 2016 elections. according to their old policy they should dominate the president and get wasiiro until they struck a deal with farmaajo bc of his connections with murursade as inlaw and being "someone who is good for marketing" in that deal they all agreed to give the pm to HG but Farmaajo picked a murursade!
