Voltage and guys. I need a explanation. Luuq was historically the seat of Jubada Sare (Gedo). Why did this change come? I don't mind. But I always was curious.

My guess is Barre (AUN) was from there and it is more central. There are other reasons too but I won't go into them here. By the way Garbaharray is a really nice city and it is currently recovering from years and years of neglect by its people.
