The SPM lead by Col Omar Jess committed horrific war crimes in 1991 in Kismayio by systemically killing the entire educated Harti men class. It's a forgotten war crime...... the SPM goal was to kick Non-Ogaden out of the Town and angered that Harti had allied itself with Marehan
