i have come to the realisation that farmaajo has done more for the beesha then anyone else in the last 20 years. i have criticized farmaajo in the past and have supported him also but what he is doing now with the Gedo mayors is a new direction. i was listening to one of the Gedo mayors and he said "ahmed madoobe has replaced me twice as the mayor" i then asked myself why?

and the answer is simple a united Gedo will lead jubbaland, a united gedo is a thread to kenya and kab iyo lax. There is also another aspect and that is the MX way of thinking which is based on supporting the government of the day, ulusow knew that and that is why he supported hiiraale over madoobe. but i think the tactic was wrong, instead of attacking kismaayo we should have focused on liberating gedo then middle jubba and squeezed madoobe that way, which is the new tactic.

What needs to happen now is consistency, keep the same mayors and work towards a united front. rebuff any attempt on madoobes part of trying the replace the mayors. the next 1 year will be very interesting the government will need to make the governor of Gedo the most powerful man in Gedo/jubbaland (previously the most powerful man was janaan and he was a madoobe supporter).
