Nope its a strong hold for Rer Warsame Dalal and its their settlement, it has been invaded many times over the years, most recent by Bicidyahaan, they were repulsed leaving 20 dead heego Liyuu militia behind, right now its fully under our control. You are confusing the settlement itself with the vicinity, because it is bordering both Makaahil and Bicidyahan.

By the way I would never include a settlement that is shared with another clan in the map under MX territory, because I don't want any mix-up over MX territory, the map shows areas that are fully Mareexaan as blue, it does have few mistakes in the other clan areas but that is not my area of expertise, I also avoided including exclaves like Ubataale, or Wagardhac territory like Kaxandhaale which is actually in Bookh not Galaadi.
