I did not want to expand in that topic, so this is an explanation of my direct criticism to you.

if its facts you are posting I welcome it but you have to post references and context, I don't just follow blindly what you are posting, where are the references ?
First, you are literally the definition of a calaan or you're being fake. And you always wonder why I have always found you suspicious.

It is a general pattern. You are weak where you don't need to be and cruel where you don't have to be.

All the dude does is quote mining.

Example: Cursory move south I caught sight of snippet of "Bon Marehan treaty with Italy."

He snipped it out. No context, no facts, forget about the inference.

In Italian Foreign Ministry treaty documents, they signed a treaty with the inhabitants of Luuq in 1896; Among them were

1. Marehan, both Hassan and Isaaq, the two main branches
2. Bon Marehan or Hawlraarsame under "Takxir" or expulsion, but still with recognized heritage.

The existence of these treaties were gold when first identified.

1. It makes a mockery out of the now dying civil war lie "SIAD BARRE BROUGHT THEM TO GEDO."

2. It exaplained the beginning of qowsaar, the last of whom I have explained before, were the Somali Bantu/formerly Gosha slaves held to reer Siyaad in Garbahaaray.
Btw Saddam, do you know reer Siyaad was the last group in Gedo to stop slavery? Ask your rer Xassan uncles if they know anything about it. Apparently reer Cigaal Siyaad continued to "own" ( only Allah owns) Mushunguli victims who lived with them in Tuulo Barwaaqo as their "boon" (property) until the 70's. Siad Barre gave them an ultimatum. Either relinquish those people voluntarily or the government will do it by force. Unfortunately some were under Stockholm syndrome and came back to reer Cigaal Siyaad after emancipation. My mom remembers seeing them around Garbahaaray and Tuulo Barwaaqo during qaxii

https://www.somalinet.com/forums/viewto ... 5#p4959017
Basically note the treaty date of 1896. Marehan by that time continued the takxir or judgement against Hawlraarsame purely for economic reasons. Hawlrasrsame used to go and herd the animals. Free labor in exchange for still recognizing them.

Well it all came apart for the most part when Hawlraarsame fought back and fully reclaimed their position at the shir. They did this after becoming more Italian than the Italians and taking authority positions in colonial.

We started to understand the SIGNATURE WITH ITALY EFFECTIVELY GRANTED EQUITY TO HAWLRAASAME which is why they all jumped to Italian Jubbaland while the rest of Marehan were in British Jubbaland.

This is why the majority if not all Hawlraarsame went to the Italian side and then Marehan Galti in British Jubaland resorted to taking "QOWSAAR" (indentured servants) to herd for them---a job they used to make Hawlraarsame do---and they took these qowsaars from Garre, Ajuuraan, Degoodiye, Dir, and a class of Boran among the Warday.

The British literally record one such taking. Marehan would just say "Boonteena," a name which they adopted from their new Rahanweyn neighbors who called their identured servents "Boon."

Another even more marginalized group of these Qowsaaes were the gosha slaves whom my own reer Siyaad for example, took to taking as slaves turned indentured servants until the 1970's when Siyaad faced them and forcefully removed them from reer Cigaal Siyaad hands in Garbahaaray).

In any case, Marehan has committed grave injustice in this manner and is the single abominable thing ironically.

I say you are cruel where you don't need to be because of your continued use and abuse of things like "Madhibaan" and anothers

Now I am a reforming man alhamdulilah and I do not insult or play old hate games, but if I were you, Dalalos, you can be sure I would cut Bendover's balls off as he knows I have done so consistently---

----not giggle for him and look pathetic.

And yes I am glad to call this out in such a visible way because it has annoyed me in the past.

Cruel where you should not be and weak where you don't have to be.

Yes, there is something wrong with Northern Gedo and Bakool and Hiiraan.

So Saddam, that map is the declassified map produced by the CIA used by the UN Security Council to make the provisional border between Ethiopia and Italian Somaliland in 1950

Ethiopia and Italy had never agreed on a provisional land and as you know Italy had occupied up to Wal Wal and Wardheer in 1934 or the border of Marehan with the Ogaden.

The understanding between the Tripartite (Italy, Ethiopia, and Britain) since the treaty of ucciale was "the clans facing the Ogaden are Ethiopoa (Ogaden, Degoodiye), the clans facing the sea are Italy (Marehan, Majerteen, Rahanwein)."

However they never marked a boundary.

In 1896, Italy still only was in Benadir and the Brits had moved past Mooyaale.

So Menelike originally armed by the same Europeans moved on the Jubba between them, something he could never do before without his reliance on them.

This is the time when Turton said Marehan sent that challenge shot but the Ethiopians sidestepped it.

Menelike encircled but sidestepped Lugh and then when went and attacked Baidoa. They sacked and burned Baidoa and then retreated for a full invasion.

This time both the alarmed Italians and the British agreed to jointly advance to their side of the Jubba and claim to the Ganalia Doria (Dawa River).

The Italians signed treaties with the clans putting a protectorate over Lugh and the Brits built the post that became Dollow, Gedo on the other bank.

If you notice from British Somaliland border to Beled-Weyne, the UN Security Council took Ethiopia's line up and from Berdaale to Mandera, they took Italy's line.

But between Beledweyne to Berdaale the land is odd and is half way between both claims thereby preserving Baidoa for Italian Somaliland but Shilaabo for Ethiopia.

Unfortunately, as the CIA showed there in 1949, Marehan is the clan that was affected all possible choices of a border.

The CIA marked Jubbaland under the sphere of Marehan? Do you know how important that declassified CIA file is?

The irony is too much to stomach I know.

You're needed as well. The myth busting is needed as people's fake news can be debunked with legitmate academic sources. That's why I appreciate our eccentric cousin.
