They are both hotbeds for treacherous yet conditional separatism threatening the territorial integrity of their respective countries.
The reason why I say 'conditional' is because although they have no right to be separate countries unlike their neighbours (Eritrea and Somaliland) and the elites of both Tigray and Puntland regions know this, they both each nevertheless threaten to secede or be fully autonomous unless they take charge of the whole country.
This "either I lead or I leave' mentality is threatening the unity of both Ethiopia and Somalia
