What do you Think About This Website ?

Hello all.


I would like to get your feedback on a news website that has being launched lately, it is a news website for all somalis, not a particular Qabiil.
all news about Somalis, and most of the news is local, should it be great idea to add somalis news in abroad as well ?

I think you should limit international, sports & other non-Somali related news. For instance, Amanpour and her cancer isn't a relevant news. Some of the titles aren't consistent. 2 examples:

Diyaaradaha Dagaalka Israel oo Duqeeyay Marinka Gaza
vs
Faahfaahino kasoo baxaya goobo ganacsi oo lagu boobay dalka Koofur Afrika

The capitalization of the first is proper, while the second one isn't.

I also think you should limit the length of the front page, as it can be overwhelming, instead opt for sections with few breaking or recent news.

You have very good eye!, I Must admit all the suggestions you have given us was Very important ones.

Now I have implemented the changes bellow.

1: The capitalizations of titles are all consistent and proper now.
2: The length of the front page was indeed overwhelming even to me , I have made that very light and removed all the irrelevant news sections, like sport, world news etc.
3: We will also try to make the sport news less articles/updates in the future, but I still think Somali people who live back home have very high interest in sports news, so removing the sports news all together from the website, would be unaffordable.

These were very important points, that with out your feedback I would have missed
and Kudos To You, we have fixed it now.

~ News About Somalis living in abroad - Like ( South Africa, England, Canada, USA, UAE, Turkey) - Is something we are considering creating a Category And a section For it, But I am not sure if there is a need for it,

Other users of this forum, would hopefully give us their feedback as well.
