He has been trying to come to Garbahaarey recently and when he realized how unwelcome he was, he has been trying his usual divisive manipulation tribalizing it by "Reer Siyaad is preventing me from going to Garbahaarey."

1. Rer Siyaad has no power to have any say on issues involving Garbo's role as the regional seat. Take that up with Buule Gareed in the Govenrors' office.
