I don't trust NGOs and their so called funds unless they're providing hard assets like solar systems, infrastructure and equipment for agriculture, most of that money will be pocketed by middlemen.

I agree. Accountable is for everybody. Not just regular people. They should disclose where the funding is going. It’s both good for the US TAXPAYER and the the people being GIVEN AID. Very valid points.

This money will most likely be pocketed or used to pay government official monthly wages since the government can barely exist without donors
