Judge Abdiqawi has sounded the alarm bells and disagrees some of the rulings his colleagues judges decided and it seems the court has made some decisions beyond it's authority, you can't simply grant 12 Miles of Somali territory to Kenya and its not the court's job to redraw the sea boundary
So We should not accept this , especially as Kenya is a bad customer, cheeky and continuously demanding what doesn't belong to it and even suggested it wants the desputed area for security reasons which the court rejected
