. Classic bitching. My friend unless you are retarded or something. But last i remember the government and Banadir regional administration was responsible for the Security. Maybe badbaado qaran indeed should come and clean the district. Something Farmaajo n omar finish clearly failed to do.

badbaado qaran is incapable of that. Crime, violence, insecurity, etc was probably worse during Sh.Sharif & HSM's administrations. One has to ask why there was no improvement during two consecutive administrations when both presidents weren't 'guests' unlike the current one.

FYI badbaado Qaran are not present in Kaaraan. Their HQ is Gubadleey and Ceel macaan. Saneey Abdulle has made a terrific job in Gubadleey which is soon to be recognized as a district.

'present' doesn't mean they haven't been there, will get back to there in the future or are present nearby. Nothing good for the common people has come from badbaado being in or crossing Kaaraan, in one of its waaxdo or adjacent xaafado.
