Who was better for Beesha, Iley or Cagjar? I hear conflicting reports. Reer Cisman, Celi, Reer Diini, Wagardhac, Reer Xassan, MX in general need their districts.

Iley was way worse of course hence why he is rotten in jail right now however Cagjar is no angel either these new districts proves how clannist he is.
