XAashi party may replace Ucid. So yes the probability of HJ leading all 3 JSL parties is very high. Both xirsi and kaahin Already secured their chairmanship , only xaashi needs to earn his bread, and he himself is very popular among HJs so he can gather enough votes to pass . How ever new populist leaders may emerge from all JSL clans next couple of months. So it's still hard to predict . The populist leaders are rising up with speed. I am talking about peaple like mooge , Mohamed Abiib and others. Those have very bright future in politics .
