The fact that they are even what they are now is due to President Farmaajo being the 1st president since 1991 to pay their salaries, give them their uniforms, house them in real bases, train them from the ground up, and even honor their sacrifice by taking care of their families upon death in service. So the fact that the entire socalled SNA took over Xamar on behalf the tribal Hawiye politicans few months ago did not happen ? do you suffer from dementia ? Hassan Shaikh is the real army commenador. So Amisom does not control anything so why not just send them home and let the great government defend itself from Al Shabab.
