Supreme Court Ruling and Legal Implications for Garbahaaray

If you are simpleton, you will read Court rejects Fahad Yasin case and you will scream Fahad lost and Rooble won. The reality is much different. The court established the clear guidelines of what to do in cases of disputes for this election.

The court accepted that they don't have jurisdiction over election disputes Qodobka 4aad I-III. Which rejects Fahad Yasin's main argument that the court has jurisdiction according to Qodobka 5aad II.

The issue at hand was who has the final say in matters of disputes and when should you go to Guddiga Xalinta Khalifaadka. What the court estabilished was that Fahad Yasin in line with FEITS argument Qodobka 4aad IV that Fahad Yasin should go to Guddiga Xalinta Khalifaad for any dispute with something FEIT or SEIT comes out with Qodobka 9aad. And that Guddiga Xalinta Khilaafaadka has power to rule on the matter Qodobka 9aad.

If there is a dispute with the findings of Guddiga Xalinta Khilaafaadka, only the NCC can over turn it, or has the final say Qodobka 10aad. Unless NCC rules against them, Guddiga Xalinta Khilaafaadka has the final say.

The court then said to Fahad Yasin Qodobka 11aad, inline with the argument FEIT made Qodobka 4aad V, Fahad Yasin and any other disputes regarding what FEIT or SEIT says, go to Guddiga Xalinta Khilaafaadka they and NCC are the final arbiters.

What the court established and what FEIT even argued is that Guddiga Xalinta Khilaafaadka are the ones to go to for any election disputes. This has implications to what FEIT and Jubbaland SEIT are saying about the election process for GEDO. This current dispute will be resolved by Guddiga Xalinta Khilaafaadka, and finally appeal can be made to NCC.

You are not getting it. You will just have to see it for yourself just like you saw how Garbahaaray election start with your eyes blinking. Fahad Yasin case has been ruled on and if you cannot even see how the ruling is about G16, not Fahad at all, then you are even less aware than I thought. We are not waiting long before this all comes together so you won't have to keep spamming nonsense for much longer.

P. S. In the ruling neither FEIT nor the NSC are relevant for G16 legal solution that will end up seating the MPs from Garbahaaray.
