It will fly because the two or more regions were created by maxmud Saleeban to stop people like Awdal, ssc and Gedo or Banaadir from become FMS. I know the triangle project and Maxmud Saleeban elites (Putland) are actually friends but the honeymoon can’t go on forever.

Since no one will recognize Somaliland it is destined to become FMS. And once they do, they aren’t allowed to have 5 states. So either SSC will be created or the whole federalism will be tossed out the window. Neither Putland nor Somaliland can have 5/4states. Finally, Xamar specifically cannot stay at just capital.
