Mrsinister is a qardho village native and garowe/qardho villages own the pl project, the situation is so bad that the people of bosaso town have now completely cut off the parasites in garowe/qardho. I made this thread because PL regional gov just cut contact with Mogadishu which is not a coincidence but always happens when these stories of lack of money come around, it’s a tactic to get few million from Mogadishu

Also all the aid money meant for all putland goes to the vultures from Garowe and Galkacyo. They even built Garacad to compete with modern Bossaao port. They even Xataa sold the bosaaso port for Pennies to UAE. Now the people of Bari who are peaceful and cool have to suffer and are under embargo. They can’t bring goods from Dubai, Kenya, etc because of high taxation by UAE and Garowe/GK maafia. The UAE decides what comes out/on the port.
