No it's their own homes. The Somaliland army had to babysit houses because they were destroying them

These are the official residences of the various sl officials.

The governor's residence and I think the other is a customs office.

All traces of sl are being erased from the Holy city.
When the war is won we will rebuild Lascaanood into a booming metropolis inshallah.
