Is likely the tribal composition of PL’s ruling political parties post-2023.

Non-Maxamuud Saleebaan Presidential candidates will never be able to win a 1 man 1 vote style election in Puntland without spilting the MS voting bloc.

Don’t sleep on Mooracase. They are almost as large as your Leelkase/Tanade clan.

The VP positions only make sense when different MS subclans are in charge. It would be weird for an Ciise Maxamuud President to pick a Leelkase VP, given the history of that clan.
