Al Shabaab terrorists attacked Ogaden Base near Kismaayo but were defeated

The Terrorists attacked our base near Kismaayo but they were repulsed and many killed. We lost 5 martyrs and are in Control of the town of Janna-Cabdale. 60kms from Kismayo, on the road between Kismaayo and Afmadow.

When Puntland was formed it was formed through engaging with all the armed actors in the region. Only SNF-MX refused and they can join anytime. You can't set up a state in a warzone and with people who don't want your leadership. Jubaland was destined to fail imo since all the yam yam iyo qadaadweyn have Al-Shabaab to support them.

OG often talk about going for the 2 state option but that'd be even worse since you'd dilute the D-block pop way too much.
