That’s why you did call us for muscle in Nageyle front in the ‘70sNomand wrote: Fri Mar 17, 2023 4:13 pm There is another aspect both of you are not saying. The countries hsm is close to do not want to see a stable somalia and neither does the xalane mafia. It is obvious the xalane mafia are telling culusow that puntland needs to be involved. They are doing this to make it a roadblock.
Another point sahal made is that culusow needs to get rid of mahad salad to appease qatar and ethiopia. My question were is UAE? Why did they close the door on him? Why are they not funding him? Why does he need to go to Qatar to get funding, fully knowing that qatar will have conditions and one of that condition is to get rid of mahad salaad.
You see the xalane mafia and kenya/ethiopia/Djibouti and UAE are setting culusow up to fail. They will turn allies against him and make FMS against him. Then they will tell him the appease everyone.
It is not personal they just do not want a stable somalia. No matter who is the president they will always do this.

True, but i would say the xalane mafia is the umbrella that legitimises all the points you raised. For example Kenya invaded Somalia, the xalane mafia legitimized it and gave the occupying forces their salaries and made them part of AMISOM. without AMISOM and xalane mafia paying the KDF i really think kenya would have left Jubbaland within 3 years as they would not have been able to afford their continued occupation.Murax wrote: Fri Mar 17, 2023 6:22 pm Nomand,
I believe not just Xalane, but there is a global political marketplace that is predicated on Somalia being week.
-Longest coastline in Africa with no Coastguard. Who knows how many millions eat yearly based on free marine resources
-10s of thousands if not 100s of thousands of soldiers from various African countries since 2009 feeding their families based on AMISOM.
-100s of millions of revenue for Kenya/Ethiopia based on qaad consumption
-BS UN programs that also employ plenty of folks
-A haven for small arms dealers, drug lords, expired medicine dealers
-Free BS UN votes for ukraine, anti China etc
To top it all off this 68IQ country has possibly billions of barrels of oil. Somalia suddenly becoming a independent entity would drastically disturb a economic, political equilibrium.
Again Culusow PERFECT President to ensure that status quo. Xalane will ensure he could survive taking motors in Villa Somalia but will make sure he stays weak which is perfectly fine with him as long as be gets his couple bucks.
another example about illegal fishing. the pirates basically took care for that. only for the xalane mafia to create a coast guard combined of different nations that target the pirates only and not the illegal fishing.
so the root issue is the xalane mafia, everything else is the symptoms.

After the end of the municipal elections in PL Deni will ask the Parliament to extend for both of them for a period of two years in order to organize direct parliamentary and presidential elections
Hassan Sheikh wants to wait until the end of Denis last year so he can present the Madasha agreements without PL to the next administration but what if Deni gets two years extension?
Hassan Sh "wuxuu dhisayaa" current FM from Nugaal who owns alot of business in Garowe. Will other Stakeholders in PL like reer Faroole allow Deni extension

Forget about puntland and Deni. Tell me why you still support Hassan sheikh when he’s done nothing for xawadle. He owes the whole anti shabab campaign to xawadle, but so far, he’s not given you anything substantial even though you were and are big supporters. Also, I don’t think he wants to piss off Harti Abgal, he can’t afford them becoming mucarad, so there is no guarantee you will get hiirshabeele presidency.

100%. I believe most nations would have no issue recalibrating their relationship with a strong Somalia but it id Xalane that is hellbent on keeping Somalia weak.Nomand wrote: Sat Mar 18, 2023 8:12 amTrue, but i would say the xalane mafia is the umbrella that legitimises all the points you raised. My allegiance to the Government has nothing to do with Hirshabelle's leadership as long as it's not hostile to us like the previous government who messed up Hirshabelle this Govt is not responsible for this what will happen next i will leave it for the coming daysMrSinister wrote: Sat Mar 18, 2023 6:42 pm Sahal

It is true that we liberated our lands but we did not achieve this without the Government's support for us with bullets, trucks and food. We are the only clan in the central regions that fought Khawaarijta on own initiative that is the only difference.
