Farmaajo was based on principal. You supported the objective, it doesn't matter if you weren't his clan but a Salaad Cali Jeele then you were honored as his guest of honor crisscrossing Darod homeland or Hawiye land, sitting next to him dining with the Majerteen boqor and then he handsomely rewarded you with high diplomatic posting. Him and Salaad were not the same clan or of the same interest or even of the same investments and circles. They were brought together by "hadaf."
