Somaliland has designs on Garoowe. Why then, should I support them? I'm a proud Faqash.

Sxb, Somaliland his been a great neighbour for you. It’s you that’s playing this risky poker game. We want to separate with or without SSC. Now if at some point Somaliland gets its independence and the SSC regions decide they want to separate from Somaliland, then that’s fair. But right now it feels like your goal is to remove the wheels from our independence drive and for that a price needs to be paid. If the situation gets out of hand for Somaliland I can see them going for Garowe/Bossaso and taking the battle to you.

Why should we wait for the iidoors to get independence.....then oppose it? By then it would be too late. Better for us to undermine and disrupt the slim possibility of recognition.

Even without SSC it is not in the Dhulbahante interest for the iidoors to be recognised......we will therefore oppose it in every international forum and destabilise them .
