Gen Faisal's second in command, and artillery commander responsible for the indiscriminate shelling of the civilian population of Lascaanood Brigadier Ahmed Ibrahim Cigaal, is now in the hands of the liberation forces.

This man is a bona-fide war criminal with the blood of hundreds of civilian men, women and children on his hands.

All senior officer war criminals will be put on trial in Lascaanood. If found guilty, they will be publicly executed in front of the population they massacred mercilessly for 8 months.
