Raxanweyn certainly live in the land and have valid grievances/concerns, but his statements above about MX is a show just like his pretensions materially observable.
The man is an actor and hired instigator.
It is worth exploring what—if any— connections exist linking this to other national issues, in particular Barawe.
Besides the fact there is a complete misunderstanding about this land, I wouldn't put it past negative self-interest from elsewhere contributing to the show above.
