I'm not sure if you are either genuinely ignorant to the real on the ground facts regarding Cerigabo or just ignorant and repeating what the 5 Dulbhnate repeat. That Cerigabo is a shared city and as a shared city whose inhabitants are unable to co-exist one must then follow the galkcayo model by dividing the city into two parts. The truth is Cerigabo while being shared, is a majority HY city. That all the surrounding land around Cerigabo is Habar Yonis owend. Now the question is how can you compare that to Galkcayo which has clear defined lines between the two tribes.
