The only ethnic Somalis that should be allowed Somaliland citizenship are the entire Isaaq clan, the three Dir groups Samaroon, Ciise and Akisho, only Dhulbahante and Warsangeli from Darod clan, only Fiqishini from Hawiye clan and lastly Gabooye.
