Are making life as a motorist a touch difficult for some of us here in Blighty, is it the same in America or whatever u happen to be?

I hate all of them. It's all about revenue-raising for this dreadful gov't, they're spending money like drunkards and expect us the motorists to bail them out Evil or Very Mad

And by the way, what is a ticket in America? I hear he/she was given a ticket by a patrol cop. For what? speeding or just being a dikhead driver (a lousy one)?
